You're invited to Thommo's Table at Pilloni in Brisbane. Join us for a long lunch Sunday 27th April and enjoy a feast of Sardinian cuisine paired with our soon to be released 2023 Shiraz wines.

Pilloni was recently announced by Gourmet Traveller as a finalist for Best New Restaurant and was included in their top 15 restaurants in QLD. Their menu is seasonal with an emphasis on authentic flavours, with traditional focaccias and pasta are made fresh daily and almost every dish kissed by flames, infusing deep smoky flavours - we couldn't think of a better pairing to experience with our new line up of Shiraz.

PRIMI
Culurgiones - Sardinian ravioli filled with potato and mint, tomato, pecorino, basil
Malloredus, pork and beef ragu

SECONDI COOKED ON AN OPEN FIRE
Porceddu ~ traditional Sardinian suckling pig
S.Kidman Wagyu Rib-eye on the bone, red wine jus, smoked butter 
Side dishes will be served with the main course

Marigosos ~ Sardinian merengue, mirto poached pear, chocolate mousse
Sardinian Tiramisu
