Canberra, as requested by so many of you, we are back and we are bringing a selection of our wines, both Semillon and our new release 2023 Shiraz wines for you to sample at our upcoming dinner with Pilot.
Hosted in their 24 seat dining room, Pilot offer a seasonal tasting menu and you'll have the option pair each course with Thomas Wines or simply enjoy it by the bottle or glass.
Thommo and Dan will be there on the night, working the room and sharing insight into their winemaking.
