27th April: Thommo's Table, Brisbane
We're heading to one of Brisbane's best up and coming restaurants this April to help celebrate the launch of our 2023 Shiraz wines.
If you are unfamiliar with Pilloni, it's a Sardinian restaurant that brings the essence of Italy to Brisbane. They source their produce from small producers, local growers, and ethical hunters with each dish telling a story of tradition and quality.
Pilloni were also recently ranked in the Top 15 Restaurants in Queensland by Gourmet Traveller and named as a finalist for Best New Restaurant.
Their menu is seasonal with an emphasis on authentic flavours, with traditional focaccias and pasta are made fresh daily and almost every dish kissed by flames, infusing deep smoky flavours - we couldn't think of a better pairing to experience with our new line up of Shiraz.
