Thomas Wines Wine Clubs

By joining either of our wine clubs, Thommo's Selection or Member's Selection, you are gaining access to 15% off the full range of Thomas Wines and free shipping on your club shipments Australia wide.

Thommo's Selection is curated by our winemaker, Andrew Thomas. Unfortunately the wines in this pack are not customisable, although the quantity you receive is. The selections in each of the packs will change quarterly and always be the great value for money, at a deeper discount on each pack than the usual 15% discount given to members.

Member's Selection is fully customisable, although at any time you can take the seasonal pack that we've put together. This seasonal pack will usually reflect our latests releases, i.e. 12 of our latest Shiraz releases in May or 12 Semillon releases in September.

When joining our club, you decide on your club type and the number of bottles you receive and we will do the rest. You can increase or decrease the bottle numbers within a specified range at any time.

Shipping is always free Australia-wide on club shipments but not on member's adhoc purchasing. The good news is you can add other wines to your club shipments to make the most of the free shipping.

The Thomas Wines Club will keep you fully stocked up with delicious award winning Hunter Valley wines.

In addition to the discount within Club deliveries, all Club members are also eligible for 15% discount on all additional store purchases all year round and complimentary cellar door tastings for you and up to 5 guests.

Yo will pay for and receive your first shipment upon sign up and then have your next pack automatically processed depending on your delivery frequency. The clubs are anniversary based so if you chose 2 shipments per year, you will receive them 6 months apart.

When will my first order be shipped?

Your first delivery will be shipped upon sign up and receipt of payment. Delivery times vary but we suggest allowing 2-3 business days.

Does my member's discount apply online?

Yes! Your 15% off discount applies to both online and cellar door purchases.

How do I claim my free tastings?

Simply make a booking via our online system and use the Members Only Tasting option to receive a complimentary tasting for you and up to 5 guests. Please be aware the member must be present to claim this tasting and our staff reserve the right to charge guests claiming to be members who are not.

If I buy wine at any time, does this wine count towards my annual commitments?

No. The 15% discount is extended to your purchases in good faith that you will accept your minimum pack commitments in your scheduled delivery months.

Can I select the wines for Thommo's Selection?

No - these packs are curated by Andrew Thomas and he selects a range of our everyday drinking wines and premium individual vineyard wines. The packs offer great value and showcases wines currently available in Cellar Door. If you would prefer to be in a customisable club, we recommend Member's Selection.

Do I have to be a member for a certain length of time?

From sign up, membership is for a minimum 12 months and will automatically renew on you membership anniversary.

You must take a minimum of 2 club pack shipments to leave the club.

Your wine club membership is ongoing and can be discontinued anytime once you meet the minimum pack requirements.

This applies to all club types. To cancel your Membership please email us.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time after you have reached the pack minimum of 2 club deliveries.

To do so please email advising us you would like to cancel your Membership.

Can I skip or pause my membership?

Yes, you can skip, pause or delay deliveries by contacting our wine club team, cellardoor@thomaswines.com.au

When a membership is paused, cancelled or a send skipped all additional perks and privileges will be suspended until membership is resumed and next scheduled shipment is charged.

Can anyone else use my Membership to receive discounts and benefits?

We are happy to extend your discount to a spouse without you being present, however no other person is permitted to use your Membership. Whilst onsite we are happy to extend Member benefits to family & friends accompanying you.

Who do you use for wine shipment deliveries?

We use both Australia Post and Aramex for our deliveries.

On sign up, you can specify which service provider you pefer in the form. So if you select Auspost, all future deliveries will be sent with Auspost.

If you have a PO Box, you can only use Auspost.

We can apply this to existing accounts, simply send us an please email specifying which you prefer.

How do I receive my discount on purchases other than my club packs?

Login to your account online to be sure the member's 15% off discount will automatically be applied to any orders you make.
