Terms and Conditions

I hereby authorise Thomas Wines Pty Ltd to activate me as a member in the Thomas Wines Priority Selection Club and charge my nominated credit card with the associated cost of the wines ordered, as they occur (minimum four dozen bottles over every 12 months. Two dozen per shipment, sent 6 months a part based on the anniversary of my sign up).

I understand that my membership to Thomas Wines is ongoing and that I will automatically receive my wine shipment in the above stated months. I also agree that I am liable to pay for only those wines that have been despatched, prior to any given request of cancellation notified to Thomas Wines in writing. 

I understand that for Membership benefits to apply my credit card must be valid and contact details current.

I understand that prices may change from time to time.

I understand my minimum commitment is 2 shipments and cancellation is to be sent in writing to cellardoor@thomaswines.com.au 

In compliance with NSW Department of Gaming and Racing I declare that I am over 18 years, and no person under 18 years will take delivery.

Privacy notice: All information collected will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of processing your application and administering the Thomas WineClub. You can opt-out at anytime, subject to minimum order requirements.
