How do I log into the new website for the first time?

By now, you should have received an email from us with a link to update your password.

If you didn't receive this email, click here and set up your account with the email address you use for our wine club.

This is important as it's how we apply your members discount to orders and is attached to your account history.

If you're unsure which email address your wine club membership is attached to, you can search your inbox for any past wine club order emails. Or email Leesa and Anna at cellardoor@thomaswines.com.au and we can assist you.

How do I update my credit card?

Start by logging into your account. This will give you an overview of your account in the Member's Portal.

To change your credit card, click Payment Methods. Then click Update and Yes, I'm Sure. This will send you an email with a secure link to update your credit card details.

Open the email, click on View Payment Information. Enter your credit card details and billing address and hit Update Card.

How do I change my shipping address?

Start by logging into your account. This will give you an overview of your account in the Member's Portal.

To add a new address, click View Addresses. Then click Add a New Address. Enter the new address, check make default address if you would like wines sent to this address and then hit save. Click Return to Account Details to go back to the overview of your account.

Now to make sure your delivery goes to this specific address, click on Addresses in the Member's Portal. You will see all the address options available and can edit existing addresses here or change the default shipping address. The Subscription Address is where the wines will be sent.

How do I change my pack in Thommo's Selection?

Simply login to your account, click on Wine Club then click on Edit.

Here, you can increase or decrease the frequency (between 2 times a year and 4 times a year) or change the pack you are receiving - either Semillon, Shiraz or Mixed.

Hit save changes to update your shipment.

If you want to add an additional shipment of one of the other cases, click Upcoming Shipments. Then click Order Add Ons. This will allow you to add another pack of Semillon, Shiraz or Mixed. Hit Save Add-Ons.

This will only apply the additional items to the specific shipment date that you have added it to.

How do I change my pack in Member's Selection?

Simply login to your account, click on Wine Club then click on Edit on your Member's Selection.

Here, you can increase or decrease the number of bottles you receive, change the wines in the pack you are receiving or click Use Selected Suggestion to take the seasonal pack we put together.

Hit save changes to update your shipment.

If you want to add additional wines but only want them for the upcoming shipment, click Upcoming Shipments. Then click Order Add Ons. This will allow you to add individual bottles to your order that won't be automatically sent in the next shipment. Hit Save Add-Ons.

This will only apply the additional items to the specific shipment date that you have added it to.

How do I change my billing/delivery date?

You can shift the scheduled billing date by up to 30 days yourself. Simply login to your account, click on Subscriptions then click on Change Date and hit save.

For any delays after the payment has been processed, please contact us directly via email advising us of the prefered delivery date.

How do I add more wines to my club shipment?

Login to your account. Click on Upcoming Shipments. Hit Order Add-Ons. Here is where you can add additional items to your delivery to make the most of the free shipping applied to all club shipments. Hit Save Add-Ons.

Please note this will only apply the Add-Ons to that specific shipment date and not repeat on future shipments.

How do I track my wine delivery?

We send you a tracking number once the shipment has been dispatched which you can then enter into the service provider's website. Please note, there is usually a 24-48 hour delay in labels being created and scanned into the service provider's system.

Please be aware that during busy periods, deliveries may be significantly delayed. We will do our best to track the orders but once they are with the courier, it is much harder for us to get real-time updates.

Alternatively feel free to contact us and we can look into the order for you.

How do I change my email address?

Do change your email address, you need to email cellardoor@thomaswines.com.au - please provide us the existing email address and what you would like to update it to be.
