About the Semillon Semersion

  • Who is this tasting for?

    We recommend The Semillon Semersion tasting experience for those who are keen to understand the Hunter Valley's white grape varietal, Semillon. This tasting will show you just how versatile Semillon truly can be. This is a 45 minute tasting and costs $20pp.

  • How does it work?

    You will be seated for your tasting, provided with 3 wine glasses and a sheet of the wines you will be tasting. In total there are 3 brackets and for each you will taste 3 wines, allowing you to compare them with one another. The final wine is a dessert style poured on it's own.

  • What wines do we taste?

    You will taste through all our Semillons in the range including blends, off-dry and a dessert style wine to finish. This includes young Hunter Semillons as well as the current cellar reserve that has undergone bottle aging in our temperature controled winery.
