2025 Vintage Begins with Braemore Semillon

After a week of wild weather here in the Hunter Valley, we're excited to see blue skies once more. Even more exciting to be getting amongst the vines and kicking off our 2025 Vintage with Braemore Semillon.

Our first pick of the year began in the wee hours of 21st January before being taken to the winery for direct pressing. This means we are leaving the bunches whole and tipping our picking bins straight into the elevator. Dan was on quality control and kept an eye out for any questionable bunches while our vintage hand was on the tools, ensuring the fruit when where it needed to go. Thommo was on the press, ensuring everything was running smoothly.

There's plenty more winery updates to come, this is just the beginning for us but what an exciting start to Vintage 2025!
